  • Minimum Box Size LxWxH: 140 x 140 x 50 mm / 5,5 x 5,5 x 2 inches
  • Maximum Box Size LxWxH: 900 x 650 x 1000 mm / 35 x 25 x 39 inches
  • Cardboard thickness: min. 2 mm max. 8 mm / 0,08 – 0,3 inches
  • Maximum fanfold width: 1650 mm / 64,96 inches
  • BBI 500: Up to 500 boxes per hour
  • BBI 1000: Up to 1000 boxes per hour

Special Formats

Disabling the automatic blank closing feature allows for the creation of very large formats. This flexibility enables the system to handle oversized packaging needs with less limitations, providing custom solutions for unique or large-scale products. The ability to adjust the  blank closure ensures maximum versatility in size, making it adaptable to various packaging requirements.
